The course also encourages self reflection and goal-setting, allowing participants to track their progress and reflect on their personal growth. By addressing both professional development and personal well-being, the programme ensures that NQTs are supported holistically as they transition into their roles.
As part of the programme, NQTs will have access to ongoing peer support and mentorship, both within the online community and through the collaborative nature of the sessions. This network offers valuable opportunities for participants to exchange ideas and learn from others facing similar challenges. Moreover, the course prepares NQTs for career progression by exploring professional development pathways, leadership opportunities, and ways to continue growing as educators beyond their first year. With a focus on long-term career success, the programme equips teachers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in the classroom and advance in their profession.
