This masterclass is perfect for those new to the role who want an overview of the role of exams officer in the first year.

This course is an essential overview of the roles and responsibilities of an Exams Officer. Aimed at those new to role, those who have been in post for some time but not had opportunity to access training, and those who need an update of current guidance and best practice.

The course will help guide newly appointed exams officers through their first year. It will cover the cycle of events, from entries to results, and everything in between. It will identify key JCQ Regulations and exam board requirements to be completed. Examples of good practice will also be shared.

This course will provide the information to ensure that you understand these roles and responsibilities and will draw on research identifying best practice.
