Tue, 4 Mar 2025

Virtual, Online

Promoting Psychological Safety Masterclass is the ideal session for purpose-driven leaders who want to create safe, enriching spaces for employees. Develop your leadership skills to enhance employee and stakeholder wellbeing, and instill a sense of inclusivity and belonging within your community.

Join this informative masterclass to explore psychological safety in the workplace. Reflect upon a range of evidence-based strategies and audits, to support workplace wellbeing.

According to research from the Mckinsey Global Survey, over 72% of employees reported that leadership behaviours rooted in psychological safety encouraged a positive team climate. However, 74% of leaders were unaware of this evolving need in the workplace.

Additional research from Mental Health UK uncovered over half of respondents cited factors that alleviate stress and burnout at work included having a healthy work-life balance (56%), and four in ten said having a supportive line manager (43%), or supportive colleagues and peers (42%).

Psychological safety in the workplace is driven by inclusive leadership, where staff feel respected, valued, able to develop interpersonal skills, and can safely contribute new ideas, or raise concerns. It is the belief, that employees are able to speak up with ideas, questions, concerns and mistakes, and will not experience negative social or professional consequences.

Evidence suggests that psychologically safe spaces can improve staff retention, fosters inclusion, encourages creativity, and boosts wellbeing, alongside a host of other benefits.

This enables employees to bring their whole selves to work, where they can be vulnerable, ask for help, and feel supported to take risks without being judged.

This masterclass will provide you with practical tools and strategies to cultivate psychological safety in your learning environment.
